All Age Apprentice Quality Officer - Salary - £22922pa

As an apprentice, you’ll support the team responsible for overseeing and monitoring service providers across adult and children’s services. You’ll gain valuable experience in quality assurance, safeguarding, and contract monitoring while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

Assist in monitoring the performance and quality of care providers
Support monitoring, visits, and review processes
Help gather and analyse data to ensure services meet required standards
Maintain accurate records and reports
Work closely with colleagues, providers, and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

A keen interest in public services, social care, or safeguarding
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
A positive, professional attitude
