The London Borough of Harrow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join our Adults and Public Health Directorate, specifically within the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism (MHLDA) Review Team. The successful candidate will lead this specialist community service, ensuring a balanced skill mix and maintaining safe staffing levels to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role involves overseeing the review and delivery of services to individuals with a range of complex physical and mental disabilities. You will focus on robust assessments and evidence-led interventions designed to maximise recovery, autonomy, and long-term independence. As Team Manager, you will provide strong professional leadership, ensuring that all reviews are conducted with a strengths-based approach while navigating the legislative frameworks of the Care Act and Mental Health Act.
