Salary: Scale 6, Spinal point 18 -(£25,481 Per Annum)
Hours of work: Part Time (25 hours per week) considered – All year round

We are looking for a hardworking, diligent, practical individual to join our premises team and support the school’s Premises Manager and be a key team player in strengthening the premises support provision across our school.
We are seeking to appoint a reliable, proactive and skilled Premises Manager to lead our site team. This is a key role in ensuring that our school buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure, well-maintained and fully operational throughout the year.
The person appointed will ensure that the School site is well maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition as required and will undertake such tasks as may be necessary for effective site management and will be required to assist with the cleaning of the premises.
The candidate must be extremely well organised, hardworking, resourceful and flexible with Health & Safety experience/awareness, flexible and committed to an outstanding record of attendance and punctuality. The postholder will be a key holder and will be responsible for opening the building at the start of the day and report directly to the Headteacher and Business Manager. There may be an opportunity for additional hours on Saturdays if the school hall is rented.
