At Elmbridge Borough Council we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service, using innovative ways to make a real difference for customer journeys. We are integrating our benefits and council tax services, aiming to provide an efficient and customer-focused experience, the aim being to deliver better outcomes for our residents.
You will be an experienced benefits assessor, who is organised, flexible, and adaptable, especially when juggling priorities. You can demonstrate high accuracy skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently. Knowledge and experience of benefits capita academy systems will be an advantage.
Whilst the key focus is benefits and this is your area of expertise, you will receive training to enable you to apply accurate and efficient council tax and benefits assessments, aiming to make a real difference to people’s lives. Your hours of work will be Monday- Thursday 8.45-5pm, Friday until 4.45pm.
