Your main tasks will include: Leading and coordinating Organisational Learning. This includes the Strategic Gap Analysis (SGA), planning and embedding of National Operational Guidance (NOG), Fire Standards implementation and HMICFRS inspection. Overseeing the development and review of Policies and Guidance Developing assurance processes including deep dives and reality testing service wide. Overseeing Fire Standards implementation. Providing the assurance framework on Incident Monitoring / Organisational learning. Working with stakeholders to drive improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Assurance team. Ensure compliance with national fire standards, the strategic gap analysis, and National Operational Guidance. Provide advice and challenge on fire standards and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices. Assure service improvement through established processes. About You: We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in an assurance role is advantageous Knowledge of operational policies and procedures. Excellent Leadership and management skills.
