You will contribute to the development of performance reporting and analysis, helping to identify trends, hotspots and emerging risks, whilst supporting with the implementation of wider service improvement initiatives, strategies and action plans aimed at reducing repeat missing episodes, disrupting exploitation, and improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. The opportunity to directly contribute to reducing harm, preventing exploitation, and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people is significant.
You will play an influential role in shaping local practice by using data, intelligence and professional insight to identify trends and recommend improvements to service delivery. Your work will help strengthen partnerships across Children's Services, Surrey Police, health, education and community organisations, ensuring that children receive timely, coordinated and effective support where safeguarding responses remain child-centred, effective and responsive to changing needs.
