About The Role:
As one of two House Managers at The Epsom Playhouse, you’ll be responsible for delivering a first class customer experience, whilst ensuring that a safe, healthy environment is maintained.
You’ll be a key part of the Theatre’s operational and leadership team and will:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage and support a large team of volunteers and casual House Managers.
- Work closely with the Box Office team and help develop the use of our ticketing system.
- Adhere to health and safety, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements and lead on emergency and evacuation training.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience working in a theatre, arts or cultural organisation
- Is a confident, empathetic leader who fosters a positive working environment
- Possesses great communication skills
- Is comfortable working a varied shift pattern, including regular evenings and weekends.
