Are you looking for a role with the opportunity to work in the new Leadership Team charged with implementing and developing the new Shared Regulatory Service and delivering a high performing Joint Private Sector Housing Team in the run up to Local Government Reorganisation.
If you enjoy a challenge and working in a busy environment while continuing to develop your professional knowledge, expertise and management skills whilst gaining valuable experience in your career, then this is the post for you.
The Private Sector Housing Manager will play a key role in establishing a one service, one council ethos in the new service and bringing together two excellent Private Sector Housing teams. We are looking for someone with proven knowledge and experience in Private Sector Housing enforcement, performance management, communication and customer service skills.
This role requires flexibility and may require work outside of normal working hours as necessary.
