Are you a skilled leisure professional, confident in dealing with contractors, the public, and other stakeholders?
Do you want to be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team managing a range of leisure facilities and services?
We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated individual to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Council owned leisure facilities. Working with our leisure management contractor, ensuring they operate efficiently, meet service standards, and provide high-quality experiences for all users.
Alongside this, you will be working with our Leisure Development Officer in developing and managing a variety of leisure and health related projects.
This is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate your excellent communication skills to proactively build positive relationships and work collaboratively with partners.
This post is a part-time role – 18.5hrs per week. Flexible working and commitment to work-life balance is supported.
