Job Title - Plasterer (Fixed term 1 year)
Band C
Following changes to improve our delivery of service. Asset Management are currently looking to recruit qualified plasterers to join our busy repairs delivery service. Based at the Birchmere Depot.
The role will include the following:
We are looking for someone with the relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ or similar. You must have a reliable attendance record, and have completed a recognised apprenticeship or have the relevant Plastering experience. A full clean driving licence is required. You will be a confident individual who has the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team. Be able to keep accurate records and documentation, and to understand /provide technical drawings with measurements when required. The role involves heavy lifting, therefor candidates will need to be physically fit. A uniform and all necessary person protective equipment will be provided.
A full UK manual driving licence is required with no previous DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
