Access and Support Officer – Scale 5

Fixed-Term 12 months

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Access and Support Officer to join our busy Temporary Accommodation Team.You will provide administrative and casework support to managers and officers, respond to enquiries from customers and landlords, manage records and shared inboxes, and help support the smooth running of the service.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication and IT skills
  • Can manage a busy workload and work under pressure
  • Has administration or customer service experience
  • Is organised, professional, and team focused

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team making a real difference to residents in temporary accommodation.
