Health and Adult Social Care (HAS), Provider Service, Learning Disability Provisions
We are seeking to fill this role to help us deliver our new vision for Health and Adults Services (HAS), within our in-house provisions for adults with Learning disabilities and/or Autism, some of whom have complex health needs.

Assistant Team Manager- 35 hours per week:
Your role will be to directly support the management functions of our Day Opportunities service for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, providing a range of services and opportunities within our resource hub, at small community-based themed projects, and ensuring residents are actively involved in their local and wider communities.
You will be part of a diverse team and community engaging with partners both internally and externally. You will develop through co-production creative activities and ensure these are delivered to residents to the highest standard.
You will have a strong, demonstrable commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
