Reporting to:	Advice Case Supervisor
Hours:	37.5 hours per week
Salary:	£26,868
Location:	Across both boroughs

A highly valued role within our team, the Information & Advice Generalist Adviser provides vital support to older people, their carers and families. You will deliver trusted, high-quality advice on issues such as welfare benefits, housing and care, helping people to understand their options and make informed decisions.

Working across office appointments, telephone and email, with some outreach and home visits, this is a varied and hands-on role. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach are key, as you will play an important part in ensuring older people feel supported and able to access the help they need.
