We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Service Desk Technician (1st line) to deliver first-class, customer-focused technical support to over 550 users.
As an IT Service Desk Technician (1st line) you’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for initial troubleshooting. You’ll handle queries via our service desk system, phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and in person.
You will be encouraged to continue your professional development by sitting certification-based training such as CompTIA certification pathways including A+, N+ and S+.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, being able to explain technical issues in plain English, and show empathy and patience with end users.

Skills and experience required

Basic Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A fundamental understanding of network concepts such as LAN and Wi-Fi
