Salary: £31,927 to £34,089 per annum (inclusive of allowances)
Location: Civic Centre, Gravesend
Status: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week

The role
Provide a responsive, professional service to leaseholders, homeowners, RTB applicants and internal/external stakeholders.
Carry out tasks relating to Leaseholders and RTB applicants, such as lease extensions, S20 consultations, arrears recovery, S125 notices, etc.
Maintain the RTB log and update necessary files.
Support the leasehold and RTB manager with day to day tasks.

Good communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of service charges and financial administration.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
Experience in working within landlord services and understanding housing demand
Qualifications and training
Educated to A level or equivalent.
Willingness to undertake training under CIH
Qualities and approach
Self-motivated
Experience in customer facing roles.
Office administration experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team focused.
