The role
Join our Team - Are you passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences? We are looking for a resilient and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our busy and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced service where no two days are the same. You will play a vital role in supporting customers, solving problems and making a real difference to people's experience of our services.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, guidance and support across a wide range of enquiries and services. You will work across telephone, email and face-to-face channels, helping customers resolve issues quickly and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About You
Essential qualifications and experience
Excellent communication skills
Confident dealing with customers in challenging or emotional situations
Be confident using IT systems and learning new processes
Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
Experience working in a customer service environment
Experience handling telephone and written enquiries
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
Ability to work accurately under pressure
