About the Role

The Development Support Manager is a key role within RSBi, making a direct impact on employee development, inclusion, and success. You will lead the delivery of employee support initiatives, including the Access to Work and TESG programmes, manage the RSBi Learning Centre, and oversee the Schools Vocational Programme, helping to create pathways into education, training, and employment.

This role also involves maintaining support records and funding claims, building strong partnerships with organisations such as the DWP and BASE, and ensuring employees have access to the guidance and opportunities they need to thrive.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people, promoting inclusion, and creating positive outcomes through effective partnership working.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach, combined with sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and implement practical solutions, will be essential to success in the role.

You will be confident building positive relationships with employees, colleagues, and external partners, and capable of developing effective support strategies that deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will also be comfortable representing RSBi with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders, whilst contributing at management level to support the organisation's wider objectives.

You will demonstrate strong administrative and business support expertise, ensuring robust record management, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
