Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking education support officer with a strong background in supporting children and young people with additional support needs (ASN) to join our central Education Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to contribute to the strategic development, planning, and delivery of high-quality ASN provision across the authority.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inclusive practice, supporting schools, and ensuring children and young people with additional support needs experience high-quality learning, teaching, and support.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
