Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, organised and professional applicants, educated to degree level in HR or related subject to join our busy HR Team within the Chief Executives Department that supports various services. Utilising the skills and knowledge already gained, this 2 year fixed term post, will allow you to align that with practical work experience in a busy and fulfilling local authority setting.
You will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees in line with our policies and procedures, support workforce planning arrangements and be involved in people related projects.
You will be customer focused and have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage a range of priorities.
