As the LGR Programme Manager , you will play a vital role in enabling the smooth running of the transformation change programme. This role is perfect for a colleague who excels in organisation, analysis, coordination and communication — and wants to broaden their experience in programme delivery. What You’ll Drive Day‑to‑day coordination and support for the Programme Director and the agreed change programme; Preparation of reports, dashboards, action and issues logs, risk registers and decision logs; Budget monitoring and reporting to the Director and programme board; Maintaining governance and document control processes across workstreams; Supporting programme boards, workstream leads and internal communications with a wide range of activities; and Tracking milestones, KPIs and reporting progress across the programme. What You’ll Bring Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels with experience of ; A positive disposition with an outcomes-focused approach combined with a confidence to escalate issues as necessary; A keen eye for detail and confidence managing complex information; and Desire to develop your programme and project management experience This secondment is an excellent development opportunity for someone seeking to grow within a corporate support role, or to step out for a time limited period to experience a new challenge and be part of shaping and influencing the future of public service delivery in Kent.
