The role acts as a central point of coordination for service communications, data management, quality assurance activities, recruitment administration, training coordination and performance monitoring. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the implementation and ongoing development of the Nourish care management system, promoting digital ways of working and ensuring accurate recording in line with CQC and Shared Lives Plus requirements.
