About the Role

To carry out MOTS to cars, Taxis and Light commercial vehicles, to carry out vehicle inspections, servicing and repairs to cars, and light commercials including electric vehicles, grounds maintenance plant and tyre repairs and replacements

Key Responsibilities

MOT Tester to join our team. If you’re an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and keeping vehicles safe on the road, we want to hear from you.

As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, Tyre replacement and repairs, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard

Skills and experience

  • Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
  • Valid MOT Testing Licence
  • Musthave a full drivers licence

About You

Experience with diagnostic experience, the ability to use diagnostic tablets, someone who can provide estimates and quotations to customers for MOT failure, take payments, use fleet management software have a knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working Arrangements

Monday - Friday 8am – 17:15pm.

Saturday 08:00 – 12 (overtime rota)
