We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Disability Inclusion Officer to help shape and deliver inclusive services for adults with disabilities across West Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about promoting independence, wellbeing and equal access to community services.
As a Disability Inclusion Officer, you will work directly with adults, including those who are neurodivergent, to help them connect with local services, activities and opportunities that improve their health, confidence and overall quality of life.
You will build strong relationships with clients, carers, families, volunteers and partner organisations to ensure individuals receive coordinated, person‑centred support.
You will champion and promote services delivered by Epping Forest District Council, Harlow Council, Uttlesford District Council and other local providers, helping remove barriers and enabling people to live active and fulfilling lives.

We are seeking a dynamic, organised and self‑motivated individual who can work across three geographic areas and is committed to improving the lives of adults with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting people with disabilities, including delivering health and wellbeing interventions, and will demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
Experience of volunteer management, recruitment or training would be beneficial but is not essential.
