About the role
The Senior Safe & Connected Officer supports the delivery of Enfield’s 24/7 telecare service, overseeing incoming calls from residents in crisis and ensuring timely, compassionate responses. You will guide the team, manage complex situations, and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service.

About the ideal candidate
You will bring experience in telecare, emergency response, call handling, or community support, with strong skills in crisis management and safeguarding. You should be confident leading or supporting a team, making sound decisions under pressure, and communicating clearly and empathetically. Familiarity with telecare systems and service improvement is an advantage.
