2 Years Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity for LBE Staff

Turn insight into better outcomes

Join Ealing Council's Impact of Commissioning Team and play a key role in understanding whether commissioned services are making a real difference for residents.

This two year fixed-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and motivated by improving outcomes. Working with commissioners and contract managers across the council, you will help measure the impact of services, identify unmet need and highlight opportunities to improve performance and outcomes.

You will analyse data, undertake needs assessments, develop dashboards and produce clear insight reports that help commissioners understand what is working and where change is needed. By combining data, research and community insight, you will provide evidence that supports better decision making and more effective services.

This is more than an analytical role. It is an opportunity to help ensure that commissioned services achieve meaningful outcomes, tackle inequalities and improve the lives of residents across Ealing.

It is essential that your supporting statement addresses every criterion in the person specification. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate how the candidate meets all essential requirements will be rejected upon receipt and will not proceed to shortlisting.

You must have the right to work in the UK.  Evidence for the right to work in the UK will be requested at the interview stage.

It is an exciting time to join us, here at Ealing Council. If you would like to make a positive difference to our residents and borough, then we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

Closing date for applications: 28 August 2026
