This is a fantastic administrative opportunity to join our ICT & Data Management Department as a Service Delivery Officer (Assets)
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our stock and assets team, responsible for the provision and accurate recording of IT devices and assets.
As a Service Delivery Officer in our ICT & Data Management Department, you will play a key role in coordinating hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, from delivery to disposal. You will ensure our processes for receiving, allocating, and tracking stock are followed, and that all assets are properly recorded and maintained in our databases.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring all IT hardware assets are managed through their full lifecycle
- Obtaining, deploying, and recording stock as required
- Processing daily requests promptly and accurately
- Supporting stock tasks and project requirements as they arise
- Monitoring stock levels to meet business needs
- You will be responsible for ensuring all hardware assets are managed through their lifecycle
