Business Services Officer Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Officer to join our Housing Demand Service on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team that plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive the financial assistance and administrative support they need. The Business Services Officer role: This is a varied and rewarding role focused on supporting the effective operation of the Housing Demand Service. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing Housing Benefit claims for households in temporary accommodation, providing administrative support to the wider service, and helping to ensure business processes are delivered accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will contribute to the smooth running of back-office functions that support homelessness, temporary accommodation, income recovery and financial administration activities across the service.
