Salary range: Grade 8 £40,182 - £42,060 p.a. plus fantastic benefits

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide programme and project support to the CYPE transformation team, working with leaders and managers across the directorate to support improved outcomes for children and young people. The post holder is tasked with supporting the development and delivery of transformation projects which deliver better outcomes across education and children’s social care as well as achieving financial sustainability in times of reducing resources.

The suitable candidate will have experience of supporting programmes and multiple projects, stakeholders and service users including children, young people and families within a programme environment.

About You

The suitable applicant will have the following;

Experience in an education or children’s social setting
Up to date knowledge of national policy drivers for children’s services.
Knowledge of programme and project management concepts, principles and practices gained through experience and development.
Good IT skills, including MS Office
Experience of service remodelling and transformation within an education or children’s social care setting
