Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out scheduled statutory and workplace compliance checks, including water temperature checks, emergency lighting, fire safety equipment, plant rooms and general building inspections.

  • You should have:
  • Experience of working in a facilities management, maintenance, caretaking or building environment.
  • Practical knowledge of basic maintenance, including plumbing, electrical and decorating repairs.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic IT skills and the ability to complete and maintain accurate records.
  • A flexible and helpful approach to work.
  • A City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification in maintenance, caretaking or a building trade, or significant relevant practical experience.
