Salary range: Grade 11-16 £46,968 - £62,766 pa. plus fantastic benefits

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Litigation Lawyer to join our Housing and Litigation Legal Team. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a varied and challenging caseload, providing high quality legal advice and representation on a wide range of housing litigation matters.
The successful candidate will manage a full spectrum of housing litigation work, including:
- Possession proceedings
- Housing disrepair claims
- Injunction applications and enforcement
- Homelessness matters
- Unauthorised occupation and trespass cases
- Tenancy management and tenancy fraud issues
Provision of strategic housing law advice to client departments
You will be responsible for conducting litigation from inception to conclusion, advising officers and senior stakeholders, drafting legal documentation, instructing counsel where required, and representing the organisation in court and tribunals.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer with substantial experience in housing litigation and a strong working knowledge of housing and public law. You will possess excellent advocacy, drafting and case management skills, together with the ability to provide practical, solution-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
