About the Role
Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service - FJS plays a key role in delivering a robust and coordinated approach to tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG).
We are seeking an Information Monitoring and Data Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will support the effective coordination of Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and contribute to the provision of high-quality data to both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, analyse, and report on a range of data, including performance metrics and benchmarking against national and local datasets
- Support managers and frontline staff with data collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development
- Work closely with the Intelligence and Performance Manager within the Violence Reduction Network
- Coordinate all aspects of partnership panels, including:
- MARAC meetings
- Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panels
- Transitional Safeguarding Panels
Take accurate minutes and monitor actions arising from multi-agency meetings
