HR Advisor – Employee Relations

We’re recruiting up to six experienced Employee Relations HR Advisors to join our busy HR team and make an immediate impact across our directorates.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support managers on complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and capability—providing clear, practical advice and driving timely, fair outcomes.

Strong experience managing ER casework in a complex environment
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent influencing, communication and organisational skills
