Hours of work: 36 hours per week (must be in the office 2 days per week)

About the job

This role leads the coordination and delivery of learning and organisational development activity that supports organisational priorities and transformation. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, design effective programmes, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Supporting needs assessment and the design of learning and organisational development programmes
  • Managing stakeholders and participants, building strong relationships and ensuring engagement throughout delivery
  • Coordinating programme logistics, including scheduling, communications and smooth delivery of activity
  • Commissioning and managing external learning providers to deliver effective, value-for-money solutions
  • Conducting evaluation processes to measure impact and continuously improve provision

 

You will play a central role in ensuring programmes are well-organised, responsive to organisational needs, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

 

About you

You are an organised and experienced L&OD professional with a good understanding of learning design and organisational development. You are confident working with a range of internal and external stakeholders with the ability to engage and influence. You are able to coordinate multiple priorities effectively and enjoy managing programme logistics. You are proactive, collaborative and focused on delivering high-quality experiences that make a difference.
