A Casual position with Colchester Events Company may well be the answer. Colchester Events Company delivers a wide variety of high-quality events in prestigious venues across the City of Colchester.

We are currently looking for:

Events Duty Manager - As a Casual Events Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of events across Colchester Events venues. Acting as the main point of contact during events, you will supervise front of house operations, coordinate staff, contractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and provide excellent customer service. This varied and hands-on role requires strong communication, organisation and leadership skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Hours of work for these posts are as and when required but mainly evenings and weekends.

Experience in working in the events industry is desirable.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
