This is an important operational role supporting safe, consistent and high-quality estate services through effective inspections, accurate reporting and timely follow-up of identified issues.
Working under the guidance of the Compliance and Quality Assurance Lead, you will carry out scheduled inspections of estates and blocks, monitor compliance with service standards and support activity relating to fire safety, block security, health and safety and quality assurance.
