We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Programme Team and help deliver complex, high-profile change that will directly impact services, staff and residents.

The successful applicant will report to the Digital Programme and Product Delivery Manager and will manage multiple projects from inception to delivery; ensuring strong governance, effective change control and adherence to council policies. The post holder will represent the Council across programme workstreams, influence senior stakeholders and help shape new governance and service structures. This will include championing Agile delivery and project management best practice, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery and clear communication.

The successful applicant will hold a recognised project management qualification or have equivalent experience, supported by a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to organise effectively while managing competing priorities are essential to the role.
