Chelmsford Theatre is seeking skilled individuals to join our pool of casual technicians. Our technical team supports an ever-evolving programme of national touring shows, local productions and a hugely popular pantomime, presenting high quality entertainment to Chelmsford.

This casual role suits someone adaptable and dependable, with a commitment to technical excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience across multiple technical disciplines is desirable, including; lighting, sound, flying and stage management.

The successful applicant will need excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve and prioritise effectively. Maintaining and promoting safe working practices.

This is a casual, zero hours position. Shifts are offered as required to support the needs of the programme, including evenings and weekends.

Interviews are currently scheduled for the 16th July.
