Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre, operated by Chelmsford City Council, is a multi-purpose leisure centre accommodating Indoor and Outdoor athletics facilities, sports hall, gym, two studios and activity room

We are looking for friendly and approachable individuals to join our management team. The successful applicant must be adaptable, enjoy working with the public and ideally have a sound knowledge of sport. The post holder will be involved in maintaining the efficient and effective day to day running of the centre and ensuring the highest quality of service is offered to the customer.

Duty Manager’s are responsible for the day to day operation of the centre and will be responsible for ensuring the centre is well maintained, clean, safe and compliant with brand standards at all times, supporting every department, ensuring adequate staff coverage

We are looking for casual duty managers to cover for the opening hours of the centre, which are 6.30 – 22.15 weekdays, 7:45-18:15 Saturday and 7:45-21:15 Sunday.
