About this Bar Staff role:

This role involves delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our Whitstable venue. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Greet and serve customers with a smile.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and venue area.
• Handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.

WORKING PATTERN

• Working Pattern: Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Contract Type: Zero hours, permanent.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this Bar Staff role should have:

• Knowledge: Understanding of bar operations and customer service principles.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment.
• Qualifications: No specific qualifications required. A great work ethic and attitude is a must!
• Use of own car
