About this Bar Staff role:
This role involves delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our Whitstable venue. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile.
- Prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and venue area.
- Handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
WORKING PATTERN
- Working Pattern: Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Contract Type: Zero hours, permanent.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this Bar Staff role should have:
- Knowledge: Understanding of bar operations and customer service principles.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment.
- Qualifications: No specific qualifications required. A great work ethic and attitude is a must!
- Use of own car
