This is your chance to become a vital part of our Case Services Team, delivering frontline services that make a real difference in our community. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Compliance Team, keeping key trackers up to date, following up on repairs to ensure every job is completed, and supporting our tenants by arranging access to carry out essential work. About this Level 1 Cases Services Officer role:
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Updating and maintaining compliance trackers to ensure our properties remain fully compliant.
- Following up with contractors to confirm that all works have been completed and to schedule appointments with tenants.
- Liaising with our Inspectors to make sure all records and information are accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with tenants to arrange property access so contractors can carry out essential compliance work.
- Maintaining high‑quality digital records and ensuring information is stored accurately.
- Providing wider support across the Case Team, contributing to a range of core functions.
- Details of the areas covered by the team can be found in the Service Level Activities under Neighbourhood Management / Tenancy and Asset Technical Support.
Working pattern:
- You will be working a 37-hour week Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will need to be able to work from 9am to 5pm.
- Our team is hybrid therefore we are required to go into the office and work together with working from home.
About you, you will have the following;
- Work as a team player
- Able to prioritise workload
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience in writing and verbally on a wide range of services
- Good knowledge of M365 Software
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle tasks or responsibilities that span various functions of our service delivery
