About the Role
You will have proven experience of managing cleaning or soft services across multiple sites, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
You will have strong financial awareness and experience of identifying efficiencies and delivering cost savings, alongside a good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and risk management.
You will be an effective communicator with strong negotiation and customer service skills and be confident using data to monitor performance and costs.
Experience of leading change and introducing efficient and sustainable working practices is essential. Knowledge of BICSc standards is preferred.
