What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mould Marshall, you will play a vital role in improving living conditions for residents by tackling damp and mould issues in our properties. You will be responsible for removing damp and mould, applying mould treatments to walls and affected areas, and completing painting and decorating tasks as required. The role involves travelling to various locations across Camden to carry out scheduled and emergency works.

You will have experience working in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance, or housing repairs, with a practical understanding of identifying, treating and preventing damp, mould and condensation-related issues in residents’ homes. You’ll be confident carrying out inspections, recommending appropriate remedial actions and ensuring work is completed to a high standard, with a strong focus on resident safety and wellbeing.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of meeting health and safety requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with Awaab’s Law. You’ll be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with residents, providing reassurance and advice while working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partner teams to deliver positive outcomes.
You will be capable of undertaking the practical aspects of the role and be adaptable in responding to changing priorities, including urgent or emergency situations. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the borough are required to support service delivery across multiple locations.
