About Camden

Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind.  Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.

About the North London Councils Partnership

Following the merger of the North West and North Central London Integrated Care Boards (ICB), the West and North London Councils have agreed to work together to strengthen collaboration, align priorities across health and care, and ensure partnership activity delivers tangible improvements for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Team Administrator, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support to a high-performing, system-leading team — ensuring meetings are well run, actions are tracked, communications are clear and plans stay on course across the ICS sub-region. Supporting the Partnership Director, the Head of Strategy for Children and Young People, and the ICS Policy Lead, you’ll create the structure and coordination that allows senior colleagues to focus on strategy, delivery and partnership impact.

From managing complex diaries to coordinating activity across borough and NHS partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. You’ll provide the reliable support that keeps priorities on track and commitments delivered.

All About You

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders at once. A confident communicator, you build positive working relationships quickly and aren’t afraid to follow things up to make sure meetings happen and actions are delivered. You’re persistent, professional and keep things moving.

You’ll have experience in a similar administrative or coordination role — ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You enjoy being part of a team, take pride in producing accurate and timely work, and can anticipate what’s needed without waiting to be asked. Calm under pressure, you manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Above all, you bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and partners across local government and the NHS.
