About the role

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join the Performance and Delivery Team within the Department of Corporate Core services. In this role you will be supporting the Homeless and Housing Options Service to manage data and performance reporting for multiple datasets to drive forward continuous improvement within the council.

You will work within the Homeless and Housing Options Service, supporting the collation and analysis of data, developing an evidencebased homelessness data framework, updating routine performance reports, undertaking quality assurance activities, supporting system management and communication channels.

The successful candidate will have, skills in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams and also good written, verbal and visual communication skills. You will need an eye for details and good organisation skills to be able to work in a busy team that strives for continuous improvement.

The post is fixed term for 12 months to provide specialist support to the Homeless and Housing Options Service


Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
