Are you passionate about preventing homelessness and making a real difference to residents’ lives?

We are seeking an ambitious, innovative and customer focused Triage & Prevention Officer to work in our front-line homelessness prevention and housing options service.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering early intervention, prevention, and housing options service.  You will play a key role in shaping service delivery, driving continuous performance and ensuring that residents receive timely, effective support to prevent homelessness and secure sustainable housing solutions.

Working closely with senior managers, partners and stakeholders, you will help deliver the Council’s homelessness and rough sleeper strategy and wider transformation programme ensuring excellent outcomes for residents and value for money for the Council.
