Senior Social Worker – Adults Safeguarding Hub
Salary: £46,952 - £53,337 per annum
In addition, you will receive £2,000 Golden Hello and £2,000 annual retention payment plus other excellent benefits such as leaser car
Grade: BR13 to BR13+2
Location: Churchill Court (and Hybrid working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (36 hours)

Following a transformation and service expansion, we now have a centralised Adults Safeguarding Hub which is part of the Prevention and Early Intervention Service. We work together to share knowledge and aim for excellence for individuals accessing our services. About the Role

As a Senior Social Worker in the Safeguarding Hub, you will:

  • Lead on screening all safeguarding referrals.
  • Allocate work to staff.
  • Oversee end-to-end safeguarding processes.
  • Provide supervision to staff carrying out Section 42 enquiries.

You will be able to work under pressure, manage your time effectively, communicate clearly, and have experience in managing Section 42 enquiries. If you are ready to take on a new challenge and make a real difference, then we would love to hear from you.
