Grade: BR11/BR12
Salary: £41,476-£46,952
Contract: Permanent  Full-time, 36 hours per week
Working: Monday – Friday 
Location: Bromley Civic Centre
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week office attendance
 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Development Management service.
 
Bromley is the largest London borough by area and boasts a diverse range of landscapes and development challenges, from urban regeneration and town centre growth in the north of the borough to extensive Green Belt and rural areas in the south.
 
We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated planner with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload. The successful candidate will have experience in assessing complex householder applications, Lawful Development Certificates and minor planning applications, ideally within a local authority environment.
 
The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of varied and challenging planning applications and pre-application enquiries, including residential, commercial and mixed-use development proposals. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning outcomes while providing excellent customer service and helping to shape the future development of the borough.
