This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and high-performing Development Management service.

Bromley is the largest London borough by area and boasts a diverse range of landscapes and development challenges, from urban regeneration and town centre growth in the north of the borough to extensive Green Belt and rural areas in the south.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated planner who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious planning service. This role is ideally suited to someone in the early stages of their planning career who is keen to gain valuable experience across a varied caseload.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of planning applications and pre-application enquiries, with a particular focus on householder applications and Lawful Development Certificates. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning decisions, providing excellent customer service, and helping to shape the future development of the borough.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build your planning experience, develop your professional skills, and work alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Applications will be assessed based on the criteria set out in the Job Description and Person Specification, which can be found here
