We’re looking for a Mechanical Reactive Works Monitoring Officer to bring expert mechanical engineering knowledge to the heart of our Facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the Council’s technical lead for Mechanical services, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and cost-effective.
· Oversee the performance of contractors delivering reactive and pre-planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio of properties.
· Safeguard compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks while driving value for money and high service standards.
