Job Title: Lettings Support Officer
Grade: BR7
Salary: £30,463 - £32,858
Contract: Permanent, Full time, 36 hours per week
Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Location: Bromley Civic Centre
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week office attendance

The role
 
We are looking for a commercially minded Letting Support Officer to join our housing team. You will play a vital role in successful delivery of all temporary accommodation and private sector projects.
 
This role is ideal for someone with experience in property lettings who enjoys building long term partnerships in a competitive market and supporting households to sustain tenancies. 
 
This is a fast-paced frontline role requiring excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong commitment to customer service and positive outcomes.
 
About you
 
We are looking for a confident, skilled Lettings Support Officer with strong sector knowledge who will bring:
 
Strong negotiation, influencing and networking skills
In depth understanding of housing legislation 
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of business relationships and delivering results against clear performance targets
A strong commitment and delivering positive outcomes
A keen eye for detail with ability to ensure that services are provided effectively and according with need
